Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellation Policy for Humanrainbows

At humanrainbows.com, operated by GUHAR NEXGEN LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Please check your size, color, and quantity carefully before completing your order.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee may apply.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
To cancel an order, email support@humanrainbows.com with your order number.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect size or color selections.
You may cancel within 24 hours and place a new order.
For sizing assistance, please contact our team before placing your order.

Returns and Refunds
Return requests are accepted within 120 days of delivery for:

• Items that are damaged or defective
• Incorrect item received
• Products significantly different from their description

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Used, washed, or altered items
• Minor cosmetic issues such as loose threads
• Missing tags or packaging
• Damage not caused by Humanrainbows

How to Request a Refund
Email support@humanrainbows.com with:

• Order number
• Photos or videos showing the issue
• Proof of purchase
• Shipping receipt if applicable

Do not return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds include the original shipping charges.
If your refund does not appear within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider.

Additional Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is caused by Humanrainbows.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
