Returns & Refunds

What is your return window? Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Are returns free? At humanrainbows.com, all approved returns and exchanges are 100% FREE. We provide a prepaid return label with no shipping or restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed quickly according to this timeline:

  • Item received & inspected: 2–3 business days.

  • Refund initiated: Same day after approval.

  • Bank processing: 1–2 business days. Total estimated time: Up to 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in full.

What items are not eligible for return? Items cannot be returned if they are:

  • Worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Missing original packaging or tags.

  • Marked as Final Sale or customized items.

How do I request a return? Email our support team at support@humanrainbows.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.


Cancellations & Order Changes

When can I cancel an order? Orders may be canceled before processing begins (typically within 12 hours). Once fulfillment starts, cancellation is no longer possible.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Contact us immediately. If processing has not started, we can update the address. If the order is already in fulfillment, changes cannot be made.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major payment options, including:

  • Credit/Debit: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal.

Which payment methods are NOT accepted? We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD), checks, money orders, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.
