At Humanrainbows, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify their orders. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible while ensuring timely processing and fast shipping.
This policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and limitations for modifying or canceling an order placed on our website. It applies to all orders shipped within the 50 U.S. states.
1. Order Processing Times
To ensure your items are delivered efficiently, our system begins processing orders shortly after they are confirmed.

Processing Schedule: Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Modification Window: Once processing begins, cancellation or modifications are no longer guaranteed.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided that the order has not entered the processing stage.

2.2 When Cancellation Is Not Possible
Cancellation cannot be provided when:

A shipping label has been created.

The order has already been picked up by the carrier.

The request is made more than 12 hours after the order was placed.
3. Changing or Modifying an Order
We support changes whenever possible, depending on the current processing stage of your order.
3.1 Types of Changes Allowed

3.2 Address Changes
Address corrections must be submitted immediately.

4. Fees and Refunds

No Fees: There are no cancellation fees if the order is canceled before processing.

5. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Out-of-Stock Items: If an item becomes unavailable before processing, we will offer a full refund or a replacement of equal value.
